Covered Inside and Out

Interior Restoration and Storm Damage Repair

If you’ve got a leak or a weak spot in your roof, then you’ve probably got damage that reaches inside your home.

What Storm Water Does Inside

How Do Storms Damage Your Home's Interior?

Water that gets past a damaged roof does not stop at the attic. It soaks into the sheetrock behind your paint and shows up as a brown ring on the ceiling, a soft spot in a wall, or paint that bubbles and peels. The stain marks where the water ended up, not where it got in.

We repair that damage where a storm caused it, from the sheetrock back out to the trim, paint, and flooring. New paint under an open leak is just the same stain waiting to come back. The roof gets fixed first.

What We Repair Inside

Repairing The Damage From The Storm

We’re able to repair most of the damage to your home that’s the result of a leaky roof or bad storm.

  • Sheetrock replacement:water-damaged ceiling and wall sections cut out, replaced, and finished to match.
  • Trim and interior window casing:swollen or stained baseboard, casing, and window trim replaced where the water reached it.
  • Interior paint:ceilings and walls repainted once the repair underneath is dry and finished.
  • Carpet and flooring:soaked carpet, pad, and flooring pulled and replaced in the rooms the water reached.

Interiors in the Inspection

Interiors Are Included in Our Whole-Property Inspection

When we walk your property after a storm, the inside is part of the walk. Stained ceilings, soft sheetrock, and water-marked trim get photographed alongside the roof, gutters, and fence. Damage nobody documents is damage nobody pays for.

Once the roof cause is fixed, the interior work gets done, and you are billed for the repair Black Bison performs and nothing else.

The Claim, Carried

We Carry Your Insurance Claim

Storm damage rarely stops at one spot, and the claim decides what gets paid for. We work the file with you from the first call to the last check.

  1. Step 1: Whole-Property Inspection

We photograph the roof, gutters, siding, and fencing so nothing the storm touched gets left off the claim.

  2. Step 2: Claim Filed Together

We are on the call when you open the claim, ready with the answers carriers ask for.

  3. Step 3: We Meet the Adjuster

When your carrier's inspector arrives, we walk the damage with them point by point.

  4. Step 4: Paid Through the Last Check

Most claims pay in stages, and we stay on the file until the final payment lands.
